Lynx (Bobcat)

The Lynx is a constellation almost completely dark, introduced in the northern sky by J. Hevel in 1690, to fill in a gap between the Big Bear and Auriga (the Charioteer). Its main star is of magnitude 3.3,and it received this name because it takes a "lynx eye" to locate it.
