Cod with Milk


800 grams of dried cod soaked

oil and flour as needed

little salt

a pinch of cinnamon

chopped parsley

milk as needed


After dried and chopped regular cod, flour and let brown on both sides in hot oil.

Arrange the pieces fried in a pan, sprinkle with salt, cinnamon and parsley, then cover them with milk.

Put the pan over medium heat and simmer until the milk is almost all absorbed.
