1 kg of dried cod soaked
800 g potato
pepper, oregano, breadcrumbs and oil.
Cook the salt cod and potatoes separately.
Carefully remove the bones and chop the cod.
Peel potatoes and slice them.
In the meantime you have a pan with oil and grease as you'll sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Disponetevi alternately a layer of potatoes and a cod, all seasoned with pepper, oregano and olive oil.
Sprinkle with plenty of bread crumbs, pour a little oil and still put in the oven for half an hour.
