Swordfish carpaccio

Ingredients:

400 grams of swordfish, cut into thin slices

a small head of radicchio

few leaves of arugula

a lemon

a shallot

parsley

oil

salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Finely chop shallots and squeeze the lemon juice.

To marinate the fish with a few tablespoons of olive oil, lemon, parsley, salt and pepper.

Just before serving garnish with the arugula and radicchio, cut into julienne strips.
