three cups of cold boiled rice, 240 gr. shrimp or steamed shrimp, 1 slice of bacon into small pieces, 90 gr. 2 shallots or onion, 30 gr. fat (oil, butter or margarine), 60 gr. chopped mushrooms, 4 eggs, salt and pepper.
In a saucepan heat the fat and fry the bacon and onion and after 3 minutes add the mushrooms and shrimp.
When everything is well fried add the cooked rice, cook for 5 minutes, or until the rice is hot and blended, stirring constantly to prevent sticking on the bottom or burn.
Pour the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
