24 fresh oysters
some leaves of lettuce
a teaspoon of capers
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt and pepper.
Dice oysters, sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt and pepper and put in fresh.
Wash the lettuce leaves.
Finely chop the celery, capers and cucumber and mix mayonnaise.
Arrange lettuce on plate, place the center of oysters with tartar sauce. Garnish with celery leaves and lemon wedges.
