Palombo baked


4 thick slices of dogfish

500 g butter or margarine

chopped parsley

1 onion sliced

200 g chopped tomatoes

1 cup dry white wine

salt and pepper.


Arrange the slices of dogfish, washed and dried in a greased pan or baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, parsley, onion slices, then disponetevi peeled tomatoes and drained, pour the white wine and remaining melted butter.

Put in oven and cook for about half an hour.
