Thai fried plaice


400 g fillet of plaice, 1 / 3 cup flour, 1 / 4 cup olive oil, a green mango to about 400 grams, 1 onion cut into thin strips 2 tablespoons chopped mint, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander 1 tablespoon unsalted peanuts, lettuce leaves to decorate.

For the sauce:

2 small green chillies, chopped finely 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 / 4 cup lime juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar cane.


Cook the fillets of plaice to the plate or steam. Cool. Chop finely. Mix flour, so the mixture is hard. Form into balls flat and fry briskly until a golden brown color.

Peel the mango and cut into thin strips. Mix with onion, coriander, mint.

Arrange the lettuce leaves in serving dish. Place the chopped vegetables. Arrange the pancakes on fish. Mix sauce ingredients and pour on pancakes. Sprinkle chopped peanuts.
