300 grams of rice
200 grams of peeled lentils
150 g broad beans
200 g smoked salmon
two sprigs of dill
60 g butter
salt and pepper
Cook lentils in salted water and drain as soon as they take.
Shell the beans and cook for few minutes in boiling salted water, drain and peel.
Meanwhile cook the rice, drain it al dente and season immediately with butter, add the lentils, beans, salmon, cut into strips.
Sprinkle with a little pepper and dill, coarsely chopped first.
