Sardines with vinegar and hot pepper
(Scapici)

Ingredients:

1 kg of sardines
a glass of white vinegar
a little 'flour
2 red chilies
garlic
parsley and mint

Preparation:

Boned sardines and leave about an hour in water and vinegar.
Then dry, in the flour, fry them and arrange in a serving dish.
In a saucepan boil for a minute the garlic, mint, parsley and hot pepper vinegar, and then pour it all on the sardines.

Let rest for few hours and serve.
