Mackerel with Potatoes

Ingredients:

800 g potato
350 grams of mackerel in oil
parsley and basil
oil
mayonnaise
one teaspoon mustard to taste
salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Boil potatoes, peel and when they are cold, cut into slices in a bowl and season with a little oil, salt and pepper. Top with the mackerel and sprinkle them with chopped parsley and basil. Pour the mayonnaise to which you add the mustard and served at least half an hour later.
