Sole with Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:

400 g fillet of sole
a little 'flour
oil to taste
mayonnaise to taste
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
parsley and lemon
salt and pepper.

Preparation:

Breaded sole fillets, salted and peppered, then leave them in oil until golden. Arrange on a serving dish and garnish with sprigs of parsley and lemon wedges.
In a sauce boat apart, served with mayonnaise mixed with chives and mustard.
