Swordfish Kebabs

Ingredients for 4 people:

12 very thin slices of fish

2 cloves garlic

2 lemons

oil, green pepper, salt and capers.


Arrange the slices on a large plate, add salt, irrorale with the lemon juice and oil, cook for ten minutes, turning once or twice.

Spread over the crushed garlic and capers, roll them, impaled on wooden skewers and roasted on the grill for 5 minutes.
