Cod mousse

Ingredients:

500 grams of dried cod soaked

chopped parsley to taste

mayonnaise to taste

black olives

4 or 5 boiled potatoes.

Preparation:

Boil in unsalted water salt cod skinned and plugs, Drain and dry well.

Grind in mortar or cut it to a pulp in a blender, then mix it with mayonnaise and parsley beating well to achieve a soft mousse.

Place the foam dome on a dish and garnish with black olives. Serve with boiled potatoes separately.
