600 grams of dried cod soaked and chopped
a few tablespoons of oil
garlic, onion and parsley
300 gr of peeled tomatoes
800 g potato
1 bay leaf
100 g black olives
water or bouillon cube
salt and pepper.
Let the flavor oil with the chopped vegetables cod.
Add tomatoes and, after a few minutes, add the potatoes cut into four pieces, salt, pepper, the amount of stock sufficient to cover them and the bay.
Simmer for an hour and a half until the sauce has narrowed, and just before removing from fire add the whole olives.
