Tasty Tuna


600 g fresh tuna or other fish slices
oil to taste
breadcrumbs to taste
80 g green olives
30 grams of capers
2 tomatoes, cut into strips
salt and pepper.


Keep the slices of fish in cold water for half an hour, then dry and arrange on a baking tray where you put a little 'oil. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, sovrapponetevi tomatoes, sliced pitted olives, capers, salt and pepper. Pour two tablespoons of oil and put in a moderate oven for half an hour, or on the stove over low heat.
