4 slices of dogfish and other fish
About 80 grams of butter or margarine
sprigs of parsley
a marinade consisting of:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Onion and parsley
- 2 cloves crushed
- Salt and pepper.
Keep the slices of fish in marinade for two hours, then drain them, mash them in the breadcrumbs and let them after half an hour by both sides in butter until golden brown.
Serve with lemon wedges and sprigs of parsley.
