4 red mullet (or other fish to taste) about 250 gr one o'clock
- 2 heaped tablespoons of mushrooms soaked
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons onion
- Butter or margarine to taste
- Salt and pepper.
After cleaning the fish, two incisions on either side of each, season with salt, pepper and melted butter and let stand for about an hour.
Place half the chopped the bottom of a greased pan, lean fish, sprinkle with half the mince and some butter.
Cook for 20-25 minutes in a moderate oven.
